I hope so :) I am really dying to see this movie!

Oh, I know. I meant in DVD form.

There! Hah! Found it. ::facepalm, headdesk.::

I guess I'll just post what I posted in that other thread that has just been locked.

Last December, I attended the Christmas party of the Taekwondo class me and my siblings used to go to, and I found one of my old friends there. She's about 15 or 16, I think, and can barely speak clearly, I think she's partly deaf or something like, I'm not sure. Anyway, I asked for her cellphone number at the end of the night, and was rather surprised to see (and remember) that her name is, and I'm sure you may have guessed it by now, CLAIRE MARTIN. I laughed my ass right off my seat at the weird coincidence. I had just been re-reading the book for the nth time before I went to the party. So weird, XDDD.

The Philadelphia Inquirer web site has an interview with Paul Auster today in which he discusses The Inner Life of Martin Frost and has some very kind words about David. Here's the link:

Finally saw it.....

I got the movie early from Netflix.

I honestly believe this is one of David's best films. I've always had a high regard for Auster as a writer, and David really brought the character to life.

I'm not going to say much else until you guys get your copies. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Still waiting for my DVD from Amazon to arrive, but I watched the movie today. And like the others, I won't say much because I don't want to spoil it. But I loved the movie. :D

I haven't seen the movie yet, but I have read both Book of Illusions & the screenplay for the film, & it was just incredibly beautiful. I can't wait to see it!

You won't be disappointed!

P.S. I don't know if you've seen Besieged or not, but I highly recommend the book it was based off of. James Lasdun is an incredible writer.
